📋 Description

• Take accountability for the full customer-specific solution and overall solution coherence • Make and own cross-module design decisions and resolve conflicts between teams, modules, and requirements • Ensure consistent configuration across modules and identify solution issues early • Translate customer business policies and requirements into correct system behaviour • Provide functional leadership to customers and teams on complex issues • Support senior customer conversations and decisions • Assure delivery quality through end-to-end scenario testing and go-live readiness decisions • Focus teams on resolving the most important issues

🎯 Requirements

• Broad knowledge and proficiency in NEC Housing Solution, including configuration and module implementation • Previous exposure to Housing environments such as Local Authority Housing, ALMOs, and Housing Associations using NEC Housing Solution • Experience in consultancy, including customer interaction and project methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to problem-solve in demanding circumstances and manage multiple projects • Experience leading and mentoring individuals in a consultancy capacity • Ability to think end-to-end across the whole solution • Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership • Ability to simplify complex problems • Confidence challenging and managing trade-offs • Understanding of how Operations, Policy, and System configuration fit together • Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required • Satisfactory vetting, references, and occupational health checks required; DBS check may also be required depending on the role
