📋 Description

• Guide and assist customers with integrating Fingerprint APIs into web and mobile applications • Collaborate with the development team during customer onboarding and integration • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers • Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical solutions • Analyze internal logs to identify and troubleshoot customer issues • Monitor API usage and performance proactively • Create JavaScript code snippets and tailored integration recommendations • Develop automation scripts for API testing, validation, and monitoring • Conduct customer training sessions and webinars • Create and maintain customer-facing documentation • Build customer relationships and ensure success with the API product • Work with Customer Success Managers to onboard, retain, and grow customers • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product development to support product improvement • Report directly to the Customer Success Engineer Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field • 3–6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Engineer or Technical Support Engineer, focused on API products • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ability to create and maintain automation scripts • Solid understanding of API concepts, RESTful architecture, and web services • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficiency with macOS • Comfort working fully remotely using Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom • Must be authorized to work from the home location • Prior API testing tools/frameworks, mobile app development, and SQL experience are pluses • Preference for candidates located in the UK area; travel may be required to visit clients on site
