📋 Description

• Maintain accountability across implementations, ensuring deadlines are met and blockers are addressed urgently • Own implementation project management from kickoff through go-live • Track milestones, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned • Lead internal and external discovery to understand customer needs and design tailored implementation plans • Scope and shepherd HRIS integrations, including reading API documentation and mapping data • Coordinate integrations, product, and support teams for timely delivery and clear communication • Advise enterprise customers on strategic workflows and product best practices • Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success after implementation • Stay involved through early adoption to support long-term customer success • Develop and deliver scalable customer training, including live sessions, train-the-trainer programs, and asynchronous enablement materials • Manage 8–12 active implementations initially, scaling to 15–20+ • Use tools including Arrows, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, Intercom, Linear, and Guru

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading large-scale B2B SaaS implementations end to end, across multiple different products • Experience with both enterprise and mid-market customers • Experience in HR or recruiting technology is a huge plus • Proven experience managing complex, multi-customer B2B SaaS implementations at scale (10+ concurrent) • Ability to balance competing priorities, internal coordination, and technical complexity across diverse customer needs • Comfortable learning from API documentation and using tools like Postman for troubleshooting • Willingness to dig into technical issues and reduce engineering dependency where possible • Background in high-growth startup environments (50–250 employees) • Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams (product, engineering, CS) • Experience managing implementation risk • Structured project ownership with milestone-driven planning and risk management • Operational rigor and accountability • Active day-to-day use of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools • Comfortable working in ambiguous, startup-style environments with evolving processes • Professional polish and presence; clear communication and ability to command a virtual room • Based in the UK
