📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic clients • Develop complex implementation plans and ensure seamless handoffs to delivery and support teams • Own technical implementation and optimization of high-impact client projects • Customize solutions to meet unique business requirements • Serve as the primary technical contact for advanced software, product data feed, API integration, and FTP issues • Provide expert-level platform training and consultation to client stakeholders • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success • Mentor and coach junior Client Success Engineers • Drive cross-functional initiatives improving internal processes, workflows, and client engagement practices • Develop webinars, videos, and documentation for scalable onboarding and education • Use AI for implementation planning, client documentation, troubleshooting research, and enablement content • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Represent the client voice in product feedback loops • Own high-risk client situations through proactive intervention and resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role within SaaS, with a focus on onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise-level clients • Fluent in both written and spoken English • Deep experience with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP protocols • Advanced expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting • Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex client projects simultaneously • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Proven ability to document processes and create technical enablement materials • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity through research, communication, analysis, documentation, automation, workflow optimization, and decision-making • Up to 10% travel required • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role within SaaS (preferred) • Experience working with enterprise clients and/or within the e-commerce industry (preferred) • Familiarity with remote-based training tools (preferred) • Project Management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) (preferred) • Demonstrated success in developing online technical training content (preferred)
