📋 Description

• Lead enterprise customer onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training • Own implementation project plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines • Coordinate executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users • Facilitate kickoff meetings, process reviews, configuration workshops, and training sessions • Advise customers on workflow design, firm operations, and change management • Support adoption and manage resistance to new processes • Import contacts and work items using Excel and other tools • Identify and mitigate project delays and adoption risks • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams • Drive measurable customer ROI and long-term platform success • Use ChatGPT licenses and AI-driven workflow automations for planning, communications, and optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Implementations • 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience • Experience in project management and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously • Experience facilitating workshops and executive-level conversations • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable steps • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through • Experience working with data and systems during migrations and configuration • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments • Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently • Bonus: Experience in accounting or tax industry • Bonus: Experience with workflow, accounting, or project management software • Bonus: Background in software onboarding or enterprise implementations • Bonus: Knowledge of change management frameworks • Bonus: Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment • Bonus: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience using Karbon
