📋 Description

• Analysis, potential assessment and segmentation of existing customers within the defined territory, taking into account customer-specific material flows • Account management and development of strategic customers, and development of tailored customer solutions • Develop, align, plan and implement local go-to-market approaches and marketing activities • Execute campaigns and initiatives for existing customers • Identify and capitalize on potential (cross-selling / upselling) • Strengthen and secure customer loyalty through expert advisory competence • Meticulous maintenance of the Salesforce CRM

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business psychology, computer science, or equivalent vocational training combined with extensive professional experience in sales • Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical capital goods and solutions, including associated service and software products • Ideally, experience selling automated products and/or services in intralogistics • Comprehensive knowledge in applying various sales concepts and marketing strategies • Solid experience in developing, analysing and managing the full sales pipeline, customer segmentation, campaign management, events and trade shows • Negotiation-level German and English skills
