📋 Description

• Provide administrative support for our employees: preparing employment contracts, maintaining personnel files, and monitoring deadlines and appointments • Identify cross-departmental relationships through analytical thinking and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR processes • Support your team leader with expert knowledge and act as a sparring partner in the development and implementation of new strategies and processes • Make decisions on personnel-administrative matters and take responsibility for their implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or relevant professional experience in HR administration, preferably in a dynamic environment • Preferably further training or certification in human resources • Competent, open-minded and committed to fostering a constructive working atmosphere • Independent, decisive and willing to take on responsibility • Comfortable working with Google Cloud solutions, chat, email and phone communication, as well as other IT tools
