📋 Description

• Conduct testing of web-based console applications, ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise-level software. • Set up and configure testing tools to meet testing objectives, focusing on backend APIs and web application functionality. • Manage test tickets and document testing activities using Jira and Confluence. • Use test management tools such as TestRail to track and report on testing progress. • Set up testing environments for both desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance. • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to identify and resolve quality assurance bottlenecks and improve processes. • Ensure that all testing efforts align with best practices in enterprise software quality assurance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working in enterprise environments with a strong understanding of network operations and system administration. • Knowledge of fault tolerance, multi-tenancy, and concepts such as load balancers and proxies. • Experience with enterprise tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Identity Management solutions. • Solid experience with enterprise operating systems (Windows 10, Mac OS X, Linux, Windows Server). • Due to the role's involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder).** • **Preferred Requirements** • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web application testing. • Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g., VMware, Docker). • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. • Knowledge of identity and access management protocols such as SAML and SCIM.
