📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance DOMO dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions aligned with business requirements • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting, data, and analytics requirements • Translate business needs and data into clear, actionable insights supporting decision-making • Support existing BI solutions and troubleshoot data, dashboard, and reporting issues • Ensure dashboards and reports remain accurate, reliable, performant, and fit for purpose • Collaborate across business and technical teams to align data requirements and reporting outcomes • Contribute to continuous improvement of BI, reporting, and analytics processes • Identify opportunities to improve usability, consistency, and reporting quality in the client's analytics environment • Support delivery, maintenance, and continuous evolution of BI and analytics solutions for an established client team

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data, or Reporting • Hands-on professional experience working with DOMO • Experience developing, maintaining, and improving dashboards and reporting solutions • Good understanding of data analysis, reporting concepts, and data visualisation • Experience gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements into BI solutions • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments • Professional proficiency in English • Hands-on expertise with DOMO for dashboard development, reporting, and analytics • Experience designing effective data visualisations, reports, and business dashboards • Strong understanding of BI and reporting principles, including accuracy, usability, and consistency • Ability to analyse data and translate findings into clear business insights • Experience troubleshooting and resolving data and reporting issues • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into practical, fit-for-purpose BI solutions • Experience with Qlik / Qlik Sense (nice to have) • Experience with other BI and data visualisation platforms (nice to have) • Knowledge of SQL and broader data manipulation techniques (nice to have) • Previous experience in consulting or client-facing environments (nice to have) • Exposure to international projects or multicultural teams (nice to have)
