📋 Description

• Support the cybersecurity program and strategy at tactical and operational levels across networks, infrastructure, applications, and databases • Ensure security controls function efficiently and effectively • Manage security logging, monitoring, alerts, GRC administration, incident handling, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management • Research and evaluate emerging cybersecurity threats and mitigation approaches • Translate raw SIEM data into actionable environmental security items • Onboard and manage vendor relationships in the GRC tool • Review SOC 2 reports and engage vendors regarding security posture • Assist with PCI DSS 4.0 compliance • Identify internal and external security flaws and vulnerabilities • Audit systems for secure configuration • Plan, implement, and upgrade security measures and controls • Define, implement, and maintain corporate security policies • Track CVE-based threats and map them to internal controls and remediation plans • Map security practices to HIPAA, CIS, and PCI DSS controls • Monitor networks for breaches and conduct post-breach root cause analysis • Conduct penetration testing independently, with the security team, or with consultants • Perform security audits, risk assessments, and analysis • Recommend enhancements to systems security • Identify potential intrusion points, leaks, and breaches • Research attempted breaches and remediate security weaknesses • Provide additional information security assistance as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field or equivalent experience required • CISA, CISM, GSEC, CISSP, or other relevant certifications preferred • Strong knowledge of Azure AD and related security • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management systems (IAM) • Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory Services • Strong knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) • Strong knowledge of perimeter security methodologies • Knowledge of physical and logical security standards • Strong risk-assessment and measurement skills • Strategic thinking, planning, solution assessment, and validation skills • Strong collaboration, partnering, and teamwork skills • Expert-level knowledge of PowerShell • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM methodologies • Windows expertise and working knowledge of Linux operating systems
