📋 Description

• Coordinate all internal and external tasks to deploy assigned service projects • Handle several large to mid-size projects and additional smaller projects simultaneously • Conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings and establish project schedules • Schedule and hold project status meetings as necessary • Undertake project job cost assessment and tracking • Provide monthly project forecasts • Support and assist the Sales team with project timelines and RFP responses • Interface with vendors as necessary • Act as Single Point of Contact during project execution • Apply industry knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills and administrative techniques to coordinate unified visual communications solutions for customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working in Project Management position within the AV/VC/Unified Comms sector • Able to lead Project Teams to meet assigned success criteria • PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification desired, not essential • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Background in a supervisory / leadership role • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate • Comfortable with domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area • Some international travel may be required • Valid U.S. driver’s license is a requirement and must have a positive driver’s abstract • Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts
