📋 Description

• Develop user-friendly, customized IT solutions in collaboration with the team, Product Owners, business departments, and customers • Work independently in an environment using Scrum, design patterns, clean code, test automation, and model-driven development • Advise customers on requirements definition, software architecture, technical challenges, and the implementation of software solutions • Continuously expand automated test coverage to ensure high software quality • Contribute to requirements analysis, software development, software design, IT architecture, and testing • Work on product development and technical product management using both traditional and agile methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field; alternatively, relevant vocational training or many years of comparable professional experience in IT • Solid to very good knowledge and at least 8 years of project experience with several of the programming languages, development technologies, and frameworks mentioned • Experience with Java/Java EE, microservices, requirements analysis, software development, software design, IT architecture, and testing • Extensive project and practical experience across various industries, preferably financial services, insurance, or public administration • Familiarity with product development and technical product management based on traditional and agile software development methodologies • Ideally, hands-on experience with Git, SVN, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, JUnit, Selenium/Silk, and JIRA • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
