📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency • Conduct preventative maintenance and essential equipment check-ups • Travel to customer locations to service Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment • Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional support • Provide hands-on and problem-solving-oriented field service • Support customer operations across Stoke-on-Trent and Telford areas

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a vehicle technician or mechanical engineer • Experience as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, or vehicle technician • Experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners is highly desirable • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential • Comfortable using IT equipment for accurate records and placing orders • Full UK driving licence required • Comfortable working autonomously and within a team
