âą Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation with users; âą Map and propose improvements to systems and internal processes; âą Support the development and maintenance of corporate systems; âą Maintain clear communication and coordination when handling tickets and interacting with clients (users, business areas and client representatives); âą Apply logical reasoning and engage effectively with clients (users, business areas and client representatives) to gather needs and write technical user stories; âą Collaborative, analytical and results-oriented profile.
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience with data modeling in MySQL, Oracle and MariaDB databases; âą Experience in requirements elicitation and writing technical user stories and requirements analysis; âą Experience documenting processes, workflows and functional/technical specifications; âą Knowledge of integrations via APIs and use of tools such as Postman; âą Strong knowledge of SQL. âą Nice to have: âą Experience or familiarity with Protheus (TOTVS), Salesforce, Jira Cloud and/or Alfresco.
