📋 Description

• Lead a team working on large and complex systems. • Maintain and improve a big and complex data pipeline. • Establish deep knowledge of the structure and business meaning of the data landscape. • Design architecture of solutions and contribute to technical decisions. • Act as technical expert to support the team and unblock work. • Communicate and partner with business stakeholders and other development teams. • Provide routine updates to business stakeholders on project status. • Understand business needs and prioritize delivering value to the client. • Perform peer code reviews and guide team through development best practices. • Conduct one-on-one interactions to coach the team for performance and career development.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with leadership on IT projects. • Experience with end-to-end big data pipelines. • Experience with SQL (queries, triggers, procedures). • Experience with the deployment pipeline process. • Experience talking with client. • Ability to debug and quickly troubleshoot issues in production. • Excellent English skills (conversation, conducting team and client meetings, analyzing and writing documentation). • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum). • Excellent organization skills. • Live in Latin America region.
