• Manage customer communications across multiple brands • Respond to customer enquiries and solve problems • Moderate our community and support member engagement • Work closely with founders and wider team • Review and approve member social events and chat groups • Ensure communities remain active and engaged • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment across digital platforms • Help manage customer service platforms like Zendesk and Intercom • Identify recurring customer issues and improve workflows • Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion • Support members during major launches, events, and cruises
