📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap and each feature end to end • Decide what to build using customer research and product data • Lead weekly customer discovery conversations with therapists • Own customer support and address root causes • Drive adoption of underused Klarify features, beginning with Klara • Build privacy into product designs in collaboration with the CTO • Build prototypes, internal tools, and production features with Claude Code or similar AI tools • Design with AI tools and the company design system • Define success metrics, run experiments, and evaluate launch outcomes • Contribute to broader startup needs such as vendor contracts and conference booths • Initially make product decisions jointly with the CEO, taking on increasing ownership over time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience at modern early-stage startups, or experience as part of a founding team • Daily use of AI tools and experience building something real with them • Strong UX judgment and ability to simplify complex experiences • Experience shipping code; opened pull requests that reached production using Claude Code or a similar tool (must-have) • Experience changing a roadmap based on customer feedback • Authorized to work in the United States or Canada; visa sponsorship is unavailable • Strongly preferred: based in San Francisco and able to work hybrid • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, mental health, or another regulated industry
