📋 Description

• Administer SAP application environments and HANA databases across development, testing, and production • Monitor system health, database performance, background jobs, capacity, and operational alerts • Plan and execute approved installations, patches, upgrades, system refreshes, and transport activities • Manage backups and recovery procedures and participate in disaster recovery exercises • Coordinate access administration, certificate maintenance, hardening, and remediation with security personnel • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and maintain configuration records and operating procedures • Maintain dependable SAP environments for federal clients • Support controlled system changes and work with technical teams to sustain performance, availability, and security

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent • At least five years of experience working on the SAP platform • At least 20 years of relevant experience • Experience supporting federal government programs • Proficiency in SAP Basis administration, HANA database operations, transport management, and troubleshooting • Experience with backup and recovery, performance analysis, operating systems, and controlled maintenance • Secret Clearance eligible (preferred qualification)
