• Own the partner lifecycle in EMEA • Develop and execute the EMEA partner strategy; recruit and onboard partners • Enable and empower partners with training and co-selling support • Co-sell and drive revenue with partners; ensure seamless deal registration • Conduct regular business reviews and nurture top‑performing partners • Work from Konstanz, Berlin, or Italy; exceptional remote candidates may be considered • KNIME builds data analytics software and AI/ML solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proactive and strategic thinker with background in partner management in the EMEA technology landscape • Self-starter who thrives in an independent role • Track record of success in sales, operations, channel partnerships, customer success, or account management at a software company • Analytical, data-driven approach • Deep understanding of the EMEA market and country nuances • Experience building and managing channel partnerships to drive revenue • Relationship seller who can identify, recruit, and negotiate with potential partners from system integrators to consulting firms • Able to create strategic plans for the region and execute independently • Clear communicator across time zones • English and French required; Italian is a bonus
