📋 Description

• Lead the design direction for patient- and clinician-facing tools, ensuring usability, accessibility, and empathy in every interaction • Translate clinical workflows and patient needs into simple, accessible design solutions. • Conduct user research to inform design decisions. • Create design systems and maintain brand consistency across platforms • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation. • Advocate for users and champion design thinking across the company

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of web & mobile • Experience collaborating with engineers on front-end implementation and design QA • Experience designing for clinician or patient-facing apps • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) • Proficiency in Figma or other modern design tools • Experience working in early-stage venture-backed startups • Fluent in English, both written and verbal. • Ability to work CST or EST
