📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of systems and data analysis from requirement gathering to dashboard delivery and ongoing optimisation • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools • Oversee data flows across systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with professional standards • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and translate them into scalable reporting solutions • Partner with IT teams and others to ensure reliable data pipelines and infrastructure • Analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights that support business performance • Deliver real-time or near real-time reporting solutions where required • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency • Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies within datasets and reporting outputs • Support the development and maintenance of data models and semantic layers • Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Degree educated, ideally in an IT-related topic or a discipline with a significant data slant such as engineering or accounting/finance • 5 years of experience within operations • Extensive experience in business systems, with expertise in at least one of BI, CRM, or D365 • Willingness and ability to develop expertise in unfamiliar systems within a short period • Self-starting approach and drive to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to manage multiple data projects simultaneously for multiple stakeholders • Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities • Experience with data modelling and data warehousing concepts • Recent operational experience, preferably customer-facing
