📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 online trial lessons to children and parents via Zoom • Meet the child and at least one parent and build rapport • Ask questions to understand the child's background, interests, and goals • Lead short hands-on activities involving simple coding, game logic, or digital tasks • Recommend the best-fit Kodland program • Answer questions and address family concerns • Guide families toward a clear enrollment decision • Conduct lessons using ready-made materials while adapting the conversation and teaching approach • Work mainly weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend daytime hours • Attend onboarding, coaching, feedback sessions, and webinars

🎯 Requirements

• Clear, confident spoken English that US parents can easily follow • Laptop/PC with working webcam and microphone • Stable internet suitable for smooth video calls • Quiet workspace with camera on • Availability for 20–25 hours per week during peak hours • Consistent weekly availability across weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend days • Enjoyment of talking with children and parents • Experience in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching preferred • Experience working with children and/or parents preferred • Comfortable managing own schedule remotely preferred
