📋 Description

• Architect and execute a scalable strategy for the business application stack (including but not limited to Salesforce, Zendesk, Projector PSA, HubSpot, Smartsheet, PandaDoc). • Provide functional leadership to a distributed team of business analysts, system administrators, and technical engineers; set priorities, manage performance objectives and technical skills development. • Partner with executive stakeholders across business units to translate operational workflows into secure, automated system configurations. • Manage software procurement cycles, vendor contract negotiations, license utilization metrics, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analytics. • Enforce compliance with corporate information security policies, identity access management (IAM) frameworks, and global consumer privacy laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced university degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent validated professional experience. • Proven leadership competence managing technical teams, systems engineering groups, or business application analysts in a global enterprise or rapid-growth corporate environment. • Comprehensive conceptual and practical familiarity with cloud-based business architectures. • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor software ecosystems, complex contract renewals, and cross-departmental technology budgets.
