📋 Description
• You will lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, ensuring that the executive team is well informed on all things related to financial performance and cash position of the company • You will oversee KOHO’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working with teams across the company to shape the roadmap to ensure KOHO is meeting its financial goals • You will own, develop and enhance KOHO’s financial models in various platforms (excel, google, FP&A system) • You will partner with Data and business teams to build new reports, provide insights and analysis, and identify growth and value opportunities for KOHO • You will support special projects, including investment analysis, business partnership evaluations, key contracts, and long-term financial planning
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with emphasis on financial modeling, financial planning, and management reporting & analysis • Professional designation preferred (e.g. CPA, CFA). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders. • Database (SQL), VBA, or other programming knowledge is highly desirable.
