📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electric overhead travelling cranes • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns • Consult with customers on repair and safety-related issues • Complete appropriate documentation through a mobile device • Maintain, repair, and upgrade customers' lifting equipment, primarily overhead gantry cranes • Work in a varied field-service role where two days are rarely the same • Report to the Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Apprentice-trained or equivalent • Conversant with electrical engineering disciplines • Mechanical knowledge • Previous overhead cranes and hoists experience preferred • Essential experience maintaining, repairing, and servicing equipment in an industrial environment • Great communication skills • Personable with regular customer contact • Health and Safety awareness • Able to work at height • Willingness to work extra hours and paid overtime • Current driving licence • Willingness to work on the on-call rota with an enhanced premium • Based on 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
