📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple global market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track and identify growth opportunities for our business. • Work closely with sales and research teams to develop competitive and compelling research proposals, pricing strategies, and project feasibility assessments. • Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain high standards in data accuracy, reporting, and client satisfaction. • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Track project budgets, manage costs, and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely financial processing. • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of qualitative market research project management experience, in a client-facing role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively both to internal and external stakeholders. • Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering value and results. • Strong proficiency in market research tools, methodologies, and project management software (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, MS applications, etc.). • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Adept at identifying challenges and developing creative, data-driven solutions. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects align with company and client goals. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
