📋 Description

• Lead and support communications programs for Payward’s product strategy and Kraken’s professional trading, derivatives and institutional products • Develop and execute integrated external communications strategies aligned with Kraken’s business goals • Expand Kraken’s thought leadership among professional and institutional client segments • Create storytelling strategies around trading products, risk management and market infrastructure • Develop spokespeople and strategic messaging for executives, products and market segments • Prepare company announcements, talking points, media statements, speaker submissions, pitches and briefing materials • Build relationships with institutional partners, trading desks, market data providers, communications teams and external agencies • Apply social-media-first thinking to media relations and content • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 7+ years of experience leading and executing communications programs and initiatives • Crypto experience preferred • Highly proactive, determined and results driven • Outstanding writing, editing and communications strategy skills • Ability to translate complex topics and capture senior leaders’ views and voices • Experience working with a geographically dispersed workforce and managing complex communications challenges • Experience working directly with executives to enhance executive presence, deliver strong messaging and improve presentation/interview skills • Track record of delivering high quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience leading, mentoring and scaling communications teams • Knowledge of and passion for the crypto industry
