• Operate as a full-stack data analyst within the Growth team • Own the design and evolution of dashboards, north star metrics and analytical frameworks • Build and maintain data infrastructure at scale • Lead experimentation across the Growth domain • Influence technical direction across the data team • Embed AI tooling into workflow • Deliver insights through clear, data-driven storytelling
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering • Proven track record of building and owning data infrastructure at scale • Deep expertise with dbt • Strong experience managing ELT/ETL pipelines end to end • Full mastery of SQL and strong Python proficiency • Deep hands-on experience designing, running and owning experimentation programs • Experience deploying AI tools with demonstrable business impact • Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas • A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor
