📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in shaping the future of Kraken in the Crypto space. • Take ownership of complex design challenges in the Onboarding team. • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to offer access to crypto. • Create forward-thinking designs that elevate Kraken’s brand. • Shape and evolve Kraken’s design language. • Craft exceptional user experiences by collaborating closely with other teams. • Influence stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of design quality. • Stay ahead of emerging trends using customer insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work. • Experience working with KYC in compliance-heavy industries. • Strong UX and visual design skills. • Data-informed approach using both quantitative and qualitative data. • Balanced approach to design decisions considering user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility. • Knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques. • Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects. • Open-minded and collaborative, with an eagerness to learn from feedback and iterate on designs. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Strong familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods. • Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently. • A bias to action in a fast growing, remote-first organization. • Knowledge of Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and trading is a plus, but not required.
