• Design and execute merit-first and scalable recruitment processes across one of the most critical and competitive function at Kraken • Partner with Hiring Managers and different teams to drive end-to-end campaigns, supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights • Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken • Operate as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires • Contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate our global recruiting infrastructure and help define what “great” looks like.
