• Lead the development and scaling of Kraken’s outbound engagement platform across voice, email, SMS, and extensible future channels • Design the system to support event-driven communication based on operational and lifecycle signals • Create the architectural and strategic direction alongside an integration model with internal and external systems • Raise the bar for customer communication in energy, making it contextual, personalized, predictive, and proactive
• 5 to 10+ years of product management experience in a scaling SaaS or enterprise software environment • Direct experience building or scaling marketing technology, campaign orchestration systems, or outbound engagement platforms • Systems thinking across workflows, integrations, constraints, and execution layers • Experience integrating complex systems and APIs • Experience collaborating with data and analytics teams, ideally including exposure to ML-driven initiatives
