• New customer identification & qualification - You systematically identify new potential customers in the real estate, building and energy sectors, research decision-makers and qualify leads in advance. • Proactive outreach & appointment setting - You proactively approach target customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, in person or at events and generate interest in our SaaS and IoT solutions. • Lead nurturing & handover to Sales team - You conduct initial needs assessments, develop leads further and support qualified contacts together with the team through to closing. • Market monitoring & feedback - You learn from customer conversations, identify new use cases and provide valuable feedback to Marketing, Product and Sales. • Tool-based workflow - You work with modern CRM and sales tools, use automation (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and continuously improve your processes.
• You have proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in telecommunications, the energy sector, PropTech, SaaS or technical solutions • You are a true hunter: curious, assertive, and strong in communication — you enjoy approaching people and are not afraid of cold outreach • You know how to explain technical topics clearly and persuasively • You work in a structured, goal-oriented and data-driven way — and remain motivated even after setbacks • You speak fluent German (C1) and good English (at least B2), and are willing to travel frequently within Germany
