• Bachelor’s degree and 12 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs OR Associate's degree and 14 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs OR High School Diploma/GED equivalent and 16 or more years of direct CRO experience in commercial, operations or labs. • 7 or more years in a supervisory role. • 2 or more years’ experience leading complex operational or commercial functions with accountability for performance, resource allocation, and business outcomes. • Demonstrated success developing and executing functional strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence. • Proven ability to build high-performing leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, and talent development. • Demonstrated ability to influence executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. • Strong business and financial acumen, including evaluating investments, optimizing resources, and supporting commercial growth objectives. • Proven success leading transformational change initiatives and driving sustainable organizational improvements. • Advanced negotiation, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills across diverse stakeholder groups. • Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics, performance metrics, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee, business, and organizational information.
