• Lead with a client-focused, value-delivery mindset • Help redefine how laboratories operate, deliver care, and demonstrate value • Direct a team of Program managers who serve as trusted advisors • Partner with laboratory leaders to identify improvement opportunities • Champion continuous improvement principles across all engagements • Support the development of scalable frameworks, tools, and training
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree • ASCP certification • 9 or more years of experience in laboratory operations, analytics, or improvement • 5 or more years of experience with Advanced Excel, SQL, Notepad++, SQLite Expert, and data visualization tools
