📋 Description

• Define and evolve UX research practices and methodologies alongside the Head of UX • Use a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify and validate problems • Own problem spaces from discovery through to delivery • Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions across complex workflows • Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to shape product direction • Influence decisions through insight, design expertise, and clear communication • Contribute to design culture and UX maturity across the organisation • Mentor and support other designers through feedback and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong UX design experience across discovery and delivery • Expertise in user research methods and insight generation • Ability to design complex, scalable digital experiences • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools • Experience working in cross-functional product teams • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices • Experience contributing to or working within design systems
