📋 Description

• Design experiences that help people understand what to eat and why, improving gut health • Own key areas and surfaces of the ZOE app end-to-end, from ambiguous problem to shipped experience • Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Analytics within the Core Experience team • Set direction for complex, strategically important work with limited day-to-day direction • Improve existing user journeys and develop concepts for loosely defined problems • Shape A/B tests, analyze results and use evidence to guide decisions • Design high-quality native iOS and Android experiences • Translate complex behavioural and scientific concepts into simple, engaging and motivating experiences • Make data, scores, trends and states feel rewarding and understandable • Prototype ideas to test assumptions and answer questions • Collaborate with engineers through implementation and contribute to the Design System • Set expectations, maintain momentum and keep stakeholders informed • Explain complex problems and design decisions to the wider team • Run usability testing and turn findings into recommendations with UX Research • Assess post-launch performance and improve experiences based on learnings • Raise design standards, share knowledge and improve team processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong end-to-end consumer native app work in a portfolio • Genuine creative range and ability to generate substantially different concepts • Experience designing for habit or behaviour change • Strong product judgement balancing user needs, business goals, evidence and craft • Ability to think in user problems, flows and behaviours rather than screens • Clear communication and ability to explain complex problems and design decisions • Ability to independently take work from an ambiguous starting point through to a high-quality shipped experience • Low-ego, pragmatic approach and ownership through to the end • Ability to use AI tools where they genuinely improve speed or quality • Required updated resume in PDF format • Required portfolio link showcasing work • Permanent right to work and live in the country where based
