📋 Description

• Handle orders, inquiries, concerns, and requests about Purina products and services via phone, email, and fax • Manage assigned customers from order entry through invoicing • Provide direction to cross-functional teams to meet customer fulfillment expectations • Identify problems, determine root causes, and drive resolution of order-fulfillment issues • Make individual decisions and coordinate collaborative decisions for timely resolution • Communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with internal and external customers and supply chain partners • Develop and own customer relationships to anticipate needs and proactively provide service • Balance business-practice adherence with circumstantial exceptions • Work across multiple systems and assess how information inputs affect systems and business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • 2–4 years of comparable customer service experience • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Ability to work any set schedule between 7:00am–4:30pm CST • Must be located in one of MO, IA, MN, WI, or IL • Quiet, uninterrupted work environment required • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce, including account management, account maintenance, logging calls, building notes and contacts, and recording and managing service requests • Proficient knowledge of JDE E1 and SAP • Skills in problem solving, decision making, customer relationship management, process development and improvement • Effective verbal and written communication • Interpersonal effectiveness individually and in teams • Comfortable managing conflict while maintaining integrity and quality of work • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize, plan, and problem solve • Experience in SAP is desirable
