📋 Description

• Design and build scalable, resilient cloud applications on Azure using C#, .NET, and SQL • Write clean, clear, well-tested, reusable, and maintainable code • Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit tests and attention to detail • Own features end-to-end from concept through deployment • Drive substantial product features alongside an architect or product designer • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming • Provide technical leadership in architecture and design discussions • Challenge unnecessary complexity and promote pragmatic, elegant solutions • Continuously improve the codebase through refactoring and technical-debt reduction • Implement best practices in cloud operations, monitoring, security, and CI/CD • Collaborate asynchronously and communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, peers, and leads • Design, build, test, and ship software for healthcare, fintech, commerce, and other technology products • Participate in the interview process, including work trials and engineering deep dives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development • Deep expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 6 or later • Strong proficiency with Entity Framework Core and MS SQL Server • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Service-Oriented Architecture, and SOLID principles • Experience with cloud-native and distributed systems, ideally including Azure Service Fabric, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Redis, Azure Storage, and Application Insights • Proven experience building robust, well-structured APIs • Quality mindset including unit tests, integration tests, automation, and defensive programming • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Ability to design before coding using clear diagrams, early validation of assumptions, and consideration of edge cases and trade-offs • Ability to understand the business and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Commitment to continuous learning and collaboration • Bonus: experience with large-scale systems or datasets, performance, graph technologies, and infrastructure • Must be comfortable with async communication, design documentation, proactive distributed work, continuous feedback, ambiguity, and evolving priorities
