📋 Description

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload of the Firm’s Ohio clients • Communicate with clients regarding their respective matters • Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and agreements • Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims • Conduct legal research on simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law • Travel for in-court appearances as required • Communicate with the New York headquarters exclusively by telephone and electronic means, including email and Microsoft Teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Ohio • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm • Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Highest ethical standards and professional integrity • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization • Strong legal research skills • Proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus • Must be currently located in or around the Columbus, Ohio area
