The NAI is the Network Advertising Initiative, a self-regulatory trade association for the digital advertising and ad tech industry focused on responsible data collection and consumer privacy. It develops privacy principles and a self-regulatory framework, conducts privacy reviews and guidance, publishes policy comments and educational resources (e. g. , on privacy-enhancing technologies), and advocates on digital advertising and privacy policy while supporting member compliance and opt-out mechanisms.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate workers’ compensation Medicare set-aside (WCMSA) proposals, including medical records • Determine whether proposals meet Medicare threshold requirements and adequately consider Medicare’s interests regarding beneficiaries’ future medical needs • Ensure required documentation is available or request it through development action before making determinations • Render determinations based on professional experience • Implement Medicare policy • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, required • Medical record review experience, required • Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) or related experience, preferred • Medical knowledge and experience with medical terminology, ICD-9/10 Codes, CPT codes, HCPCS codes, and hospital inpatient and outpatient coding, preferred • Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant (MSCC) certification and/or Certified Medicare Secondary Payer (CMSP) certification, preferred • Ability to complete required background check, fair credit check, and drug screen
