📋 Description

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence • Attend court hearings in person and virtually • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice • Collaborate with experienced attorneys and a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in Tennessee (required) • 3–5+ years of experience; all qualified applicants considered • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills • Detail-oriented and organized • Ability to work in a high-volume practice • Multi-state licensure is a plus • Litigation, bankruptcy, or collections experience is a bonus qualification • Federal licensure is a bonus qualification • Ability to travel locally for court-related matters • Ability to sit or stand for long periods • Ability to remain focused for extended periods • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day • Ability to perform repetitive movements such as typing, clicking, and swiveling • Ability to multitask • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must complete the I-9 form and provide documentation of identity and work eligibility
