The platform also provides communication intelligence (LeapXpert Signals and Maxen) to surface insights and productivity guidance, primarily serving regulated enterprises such as financial institutions.

📋 Description

• Own and lead the global People strategy, aligning talent, culture, and organizational design with LeapXpert’s business objectives and growth plans • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, and change management • Build and scale global People Operations across hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, engagement, and offboarding • Drive a data-driven and AI-enabled People function using analytics and automation • Design and implement scalable systems, policies, and processes for a distributed international workforce • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations • Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams, clarify accountability, and strengthen manager capability • Establish compensation, equity, and rewards frameworks for a high-growth SaaS environment • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives • Build and mentor a high-impact People team and develop future leaders • Partner closely with the CEO and executive team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience • Experience as Head or VP of People in a high-growth SaaS or technology start-up company • Proven experience scaling a global workforce in a Series B–D environment, including international expansion • Strong business acumen and ability to translate company strategy into People priorities and execution • Strong financial acumen, including partnering with Finance on headcount planning and people-related unit economics • Deep knowledge of global employment practices, compliance, and HR operations across multiple regions, including US, EMEA, and APAC • Track record of building trust and credibility with founders, executives, and senior leaders • Experience designing compensation and equity programs in venture-backed companies • Hands-on builder mindset, comfortable operating strategically and tactically • Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills • Preferred: experience in regulated industries such as fintech, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven SaaS • Preferred: experience leading People teams through M&A or rapid organizational change • Preferred: exposure to scaling companies beyond 500+ employees
