• Lead the delivery of potable water utility infrastructure projects • Oversee the successful post-sale delivery of water infrastructure projects • Manage the BAU Water Project Delivery Team • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders • Provide strong project leadership and build effective relationships • Ensure issues are resolved proactively to maintain project performance and customer satisfaction • Contribute to business planning, reporting, forecasting and KPI achievement • Drive operational excellence across the team • Ensure all BAU Water Project Delivery design activity is completed by accredited third parties • Manage and validate the capital budgets cost allocation against all projects • Ensure financial controls are adhered to • Manage any issues or defects to resolution using company systems
• 5 years’ experience of managing in a Project Capacity within a SLP or Water Company • Demonstrable experience of the design and construction of potable water infrastructure • A good working knowledge of the Water Industry NAV process • Excellent knowledge of multi utility industry asset standards such as NJUG • Commercial contract management experience (or qualifications) • Strong people management skills with experience of developing and managing personnel • Financial acumen and a track record of adhering to budgets • Significant experience and knowledge of H&S management and audits • In-depth understanding of regulatory standards applicable to the business and the processes required to be compliant with them • Expert knowledge of asset adoption and delivery legal requirements • Strong computer and reporting skills
