📋 Description

• Assist potential clients in finding the best solution for their research needs • Respond to warm sales leads and sell company services over the phone, video, and email • Establish and maintain potential client relationships • Meet deadlines and achieve individual and team sales goals • Attend virtual company meetings • Fill in for team members as needed • Manage leads during specific time-stamped incoming windows • Check voicemail and email every business day to maintain consistent lead contact

🎯 Requirements

• Completely fluent in English • 2 years sales experience, preferably in professional/consulting services • Experience working with clients in the UK/International and openness to accommodating their time zone • Experience in telephone and video call sales, preferably not scripted • Availability for a part-time job and a very flexible schedule • Experience with CRM and pipeline management • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Proven ability to meet KPIs such as sales goals • Ability to build trust and credibility • Quiet place to work with a computer, great internet, and no distractions • Interest and preferably some knowledge in genealogy • Availability to align with UK time (GMT/BST), starting with daily team check-ins/assigned shifts from 8:30 AM UK time • Expected to check voicemail and email every business day • Attendance at monthly department meetings and all-staff meetings
