📋 Description

• Triage incoming patient contacts from multiple practices using digital platforms from 8am-6.30pm • Make safe and effective clinical decisions based on limited information when required • Provide telephone consultations as needed • Issue prescriptions, fit notes, referrals, and safety-netting advice • Escalate complex or high-risk cases appropriately • Support the wider remote team, including pharmacists and care coordinators • Adapt to different clinical systems and local processes • Maintain clinical oversight across multiple patient flows • Accurately document consultations in line with GMC and practice standards • Audit the work of other GPs, pharmacists, and care coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• Full GMC registration with a license to practise • NHS England GP Performers List inclusion • Experience with triage and remote consultations • Ability to manage clinical risk safely in a remote environment • Familiarity with EMIS, SystmOne, Accurx, Patchs, eConsult, or other GP clinical systems • Excellent time management and attention to detail • Ability to remain focused and clinically vigilant while managing multiple practice workflows • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach • At least 2 years post-CCT experience (preferred)
