📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • A Recruiter Team Lead is the backbone of our agency, responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new hosts (talents) to the Poppo platform. • Recruiters must work proactively to identify, support, and nurture top talent, ensuring that hosts are well-prepared to perform and succeed. • Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new hosts to the platform. • Supervise a team of recruiters. • Help new recruits onboard and meet their targets. • Assist with host support and issue resolution. • Run weekly meetings • Set performance goals for the recruitment team. • Run Weekly Trainings for Host • Ensure hosts are onboarded successfully and supported continuously. • Provide new hosts with guidance on content creation, platform usage, and performance expectations. • Provide ongoing support as hosts grow and expand their presence on the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Recruit at least 100 hosts within 60 days and achieve 80% retention and success rates. • Recruit 30 hosts within the first 30 days. • Ensure new hosts are onboarded with the necessary tools, support, and training to succeed.
