📋 Description

• Own customer and business outcomes and ambiguous problem spaces end to end across the full stack • Shape problems collaboratively with Product and Design • Make informed trade-offs based on customer context, evidence, and rapid feedback • Drive product and business goals and remain accountable for results • Use AI to increase leverage, reduce repeated manual work, improve decision quality, and enable faster, safer execution • Build tools, patterns, and workflows that help teams prototype, validate, and ship efficiently • Challenge assumptions and focus team effort on high-value customer and business problems • Enable other engineers and cross-functional colleagues to work faster and more safely
