• Own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces end-to-end across the stack • Shape problems collaboratively with Product and Design • Build, ship, and iterate with clear accountability for customer and business outcomes • Use AI, tooling, and automation to create leverage for yourself and others • Actively enable the rest of the company by building tools, patterns, and workflows
