📋 Description

• provide high-level engineering expertise, project management, and commercial support for the application of Starline high-amperage busduct products across customer projects • lead technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle • draft product offers, resolve technical issues, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • design system layouts, develop technical documentation, and ensure solutions align with customer requirements and business objectives • prepare technical proposals, validate specifications, support RFQs, troubleshoot, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide product guidance to customers and sales teams • utilize AutoCAD for design activities, participate in customer presentations and project meetings, and support projects throughout the sales cycle • drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain expert product knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (Electrical preferred), or 3+ years of relevant experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering. • Experience with busbar/busduct systems required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical writing. • Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily within Europe with potential for international travel. • Strong aptitude for electrical product design and application in power distribution and busduct systems. • Familiarity with IEC standards and certifications. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Customer-focused, dependable, and solutions-oriented. • Self-reliant, adaptable, and resourceful in dynamic environments.
