📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations • Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to support operational and leadership reporting • Support data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities • Collaborate with analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions • Support Power Platform environments and reporting-related enhancements • Troubleshoot reporting, data, and dashboard issues • Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship • Active Secret Security Clearance required • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • Experience developing Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions • Experience working with relational databases, data modeling, and data transformation • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into analytics solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments • Tableau certification (preferred) • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (preferred) • Experience supporting Federal or DoD programs (preferred) • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control tools (preferred)
